You can use our services in the following locations:

• Ecuador: Quito, Loja, Ibarra, Santo Domingo, Cuenca, Machala, Tulcán, Quevedo, Manta, Ambato, Riobamba.
• Colombia: Yumbo.
• Bolivia: Tarija, Sucre, Santa Cruz, and Cochabamba.

How does it work?

1. SIMPLICITY AND SPEED: Open the app, pinpoint your location using the GPS, and within 20 seconds you will receive confirmation from one of the units closest to your specified address.
2. SECURITY: Once the ride is confirmed, you will receive information about the vehicle and driver picking you up.
3. COMMUNICATION: Contact the driver or our call center through our chat and calling platform.
4. After completing the ride, rate your experience and help us improve our service. If you encounter any problems, you can submit a complaint.
